EmGEMx provides access to emerald co-ownership services through digital tokens representing fractional ownership in physical emerald assets. Our services include but are not limited to: emerald portfolio access, asset management, and physical redemption options.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with GEMx AG. By accessing or using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Registration and Account Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

5. Risk Disclosure

Investment in emerald co-ownership shares involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Before investing, carefully read all relevant documentation and consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, graphics, compilation, and other intellectual property on this website is owned by GEMx AG and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEMx AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.
